This policy describes the limited information used for enrollment, protected delivery, billing, support, and site security.
1. Information provided by the customer
FlowMatrix 300 may receive an email address, name, selected product, support messages, screenshots, and the NinjaTrader version, symbol, timeframe, or strategy name needed to investigate a request. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, broker credentials, API keys, payment-card details, or identity documents through support email.
2. Technical information
The hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical logs such as an IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, and error or security events. The current public-site code does not include an advertising pixel or behavioral-analytics tracker.
3. Stripe checkout
Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy terms. FlowMatrix 300 receives limited customer, transaction, subscription, consent, and payment-status records needed to fulfill access, provide support, prevent fraud, handle cancellations, and maintain business records. FlowMatrix 300 does not receive or store a complete card number through the website.
4. How information is used
Information may be used to respond to support, confirm platform readiness, issue or remove package access, deliver onboarding, administer a subscription, record disclosure consent, investigate abuse, secure the service, and comply with legal or accounting duties.
5. Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by hosting, email, security, payment, and access-fulfillment providers only as needed for those functions. It may also be disclosed when required by law, to investigate fraud or security incidents, or as part of a lawful business transfer.
6. Retention and security
Support, access, consent, transaction, and security records should be retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations. No system is completely secure. Customers should use unique passwords with third-party platforms and should never email account secrets to FlowMatrix 300.
7. Choices and contact
Customers may ask to review, correct, or delete information by emailing support@flowmatrix300.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, transaction, or dispute purposes. Future marketing messages must provide an unsubscribe method.
8. Age and policy changes
The service is intended for adults who can legally enter a contract. Material policy changes receive a new effective date and, when required, notice or renewed consent.
