Read this disclosure before relying on any indicator, alert, research record, hypothetical model, or paper-trading system. A general warning never converts an exaggerated or misleading claim into an acceptable one, so every performance display must also carry its own clear classification and assumptions.
Substantial risk of loss
Futures trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone. A trader can lose all of the money deposited and may lose more than the initial investment. No indicator, alert, research method, trading system, or automation can guarantee a profit or prevent a loss.
Standardized software, not individualized advice
FlowMatrix 300 provides standardized indicators, research, alerts, and customer-controlled automation. It does not hold customer funds, operate a brokerage account, or make recommendations tailored to an individual's financial condition, objectives, or risk tolerance. Customers are responsible for determining suitability and for monitoring their own accounts.
Performance classifications stay separate
- Historical or backtested: internally generated research using historical records; not actual customer trading.
- Hypothetical: a mathematical or simulated illustration built from stated assumptions; not an account result.
- Forward paper: simulated observation after a rule set is fixed; still not a funded trade or customer return.
- Verified: retained source records were checked using the stated methodology. It does not mean live customer trading, an independent audit, or approval by a regulator, exchange, platform, or broker.
- Actual live: should be used only for documented funded trading and must never be combined with the categories above.
Hypothetical results have built-in limitations
Simulations do not involve real financial risk and can benefit from hindsight, idealized execution, or assumptions that could not be reproduced in live markets. Actual results may differ materially. No representation is made that a customer will achieve a displayed result or avoid a displayed loss.
Illustrative account and cost assumptions
The $100,000 cash account, 2% risk-per-trade assumption, daily compounding, and rolling counters are hypothetical presentation bases. They are not customer sizing recommendations, funded-account statements, or forecasts. Commissions, exchange and platform fees, spreads, slippage, liquidity, taxes, data costs, and product fees are included only when the nearby presentation expressly says so.
Customer-controlled automation and technology risk
Automation is off by default and must be deliberately configured and enabled by the customer. A product listing does not establish live readiness or permission from a broker, account provider, or prop firm. If the customer enables order routing where permitted, the system can place real orders and create real losses. Signals, alerts, or systems can fail, arrive late, repeat, or be missed because of data, internet, NinjaTrader, exchange, broker, hosting, device, or customer-setting issues.
Platform and data requirement
NinjaTrader 8 requires compatible futures data. Historical reconstruction depends on sufficient provider history and may require Tick Replay as specified in the package guide. Without qualifying exchange data, the feed may be delayed or incomplete. Third-party platform, data, broker, prop-firm, internet, and device charges are separate from FlowMatrix 300 access.
