These terms describe the current FlowMatrix 300 NinjaTrader packages and the operational rules that apply to enrollment, delivery, access, and cancellation.
1. Service scope
FlowMatrix 300 provides read-only setup alerts, NinjaTrader 8 indicators, customer-controlled automation software, workspaces, documentation, and market research. It is not a broker, does not hold customer funds, does not operate customer accounts, and does not provide individualized investment advice. Customers control their own accounts, platform settings, and trading decisions.
The free Telegram community is separate from the FM300 signal feed and does not expire with the trial. It provides research, education, and product updates but does not itself include ongoing signal entitlement. The separate FM300 Signal Feed Trial, delivered through Telegram, provides fourteen consecutive calendar days of read-only setup alerts at $0 with no card and no automatic conversion. Blue Pill is the $199 USD monthly ongoing Telegram signal membership. Red Pill is the $299 USD monthly all-inclusive membership with Blue Pill alerts plus the released NinjaTrader indicators, workspaces, updates, support, and customer-controlled automation. Automation is installed OFF and can be enabled only by the customer; FlowMatrix 300 never enables it remotely.
The current released scope is ORB MNQ → NQ and M2K → RTY, plus OF MNQ → NQ, MGC → GC, and MYM → YM. White Rabbit research candidates are not customer alerts or released Red Pill software unless they pass the stated evidence gates and are formally promoted.
2. Personal license and acceptable use
Access is licensed to the approved customer and one active NinjaTrader installation. Software, workspaces, documentation, and protected logic may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, copied, published, reverse engineered, or used to provide a competing service. A legitimate computer replacement can be transferred through support after the existing installation is deactivated.
3. Platform and market data
NinjaTrader 8 requires a supported Windows environment and compatible futures data. Historical reconstruction requires sufficient provider history and, where specified in the package guide, Tick Replay. Platform, exchange-data, broker, prop-firm, internet, and device costs are separate. Data availability, contracts, and provider construction can affect displayed history.
4. Trial, billing, renewal, and cancellation
Telegram community access is currently $0 and separate from the signal trial. The signal trial runs for fourteen consecutive calendar days at $0, requires no card, and does not automatically convert to a paid plan. The trial begins only after signal activation is confirmed. Blue Pill renews monthly at $199 USD. Red Pill renews monthly at $299 USD. Stripe displays and collects the exact recurring charge before a paid subscription begins.
Paid plans renew until canceled. Customers may cancel before the next renewal through the Stripe customer portal when available or by emailing support@flowmatrix300.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the already-paid period unless the account is terminated for misuse.
5. Refunds and digital delivery
Because access is delivered digitally, paid charges are nonrefundable after successful delivery except where required by law. Duplicate, erroneous, or undelivered charges will be reviewed promptly. Community and trial access activate only after confirmed handoff. Paid access activates only after Stripe confirms payment and the applicable delivery path is ready. Red Pill delivery includes the protected NinjaTrader package, workspaces, and setup instructions.
6. Technology and availability
Indicators, automation, feeds, and platforms may be unavailable, delayed, duplicated, missed, or inaccurate because of internet, exchange, broker, hosting, device, configuration, or software failures. Customers must monitor their own systems and may not rely on software as the sole safeguard for an account.
7. Risk and performance
Futures trading involves substantial risk. Historical, hypothetical, archived, and forward-paper results are not customer returns and do not guarantee future performance. Enabling automation can place real orders and create real losses.
8. Support and changes
Official support is email-only at support@flowmatrix300.com. Material price or term changes will be disclosed before they apply to a renewal, subject to applicable law.
